On average, women drive slower, work fewer hours, and have less route knowledge than men in the same job.There is no disparity other than skill set and work ethic.
But the point is that at the end of the article, it was still the men’s fault that women were not earning as much. The men were not picking up their children at the day care, they were making the women do it, thereby keeping the women from spending as much time driving and gaining experience.
It is still the men’s fault.
Human nature is pretty hard wired. One of the weirdest things the left does is the ongoing effort to erase the notion that there are differences in the TWO genders. I consider these differences one of Gods gifts and these morons want to believe they don’t exist. Madness.
So in other words its sexist that women as a group are paid less based entirely upon different work ethic. They need to be paid the same no matter what.

IOW on average men work harder and smarter, and don’t quit as often, and therefore make more money given the same opportunity. How sexist.
Because driving speed of half a mile less per hour makes such a difference. Not.
Perhaps women take one look at drunk men and just say no.
