No need to ask if YOU’RE going to see it! It’s one movie this year I plan to see in a theatre.

The Incredibles is one of the greatest movies ever made- not just “best cartoon”, or “best super-hero movie”- simply one of the best movies that has ever been made.

Edna Mode was voiced by Brad Bird who also wrote and directed both "Incredibles" films. He also directed "Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol"

The Incredibles has strong conservative overtones as do most Pixar films. We are told that those overtones aren't by design, but the proof is in the pudding - billions in revenue and barely a clunker by this company. Meanwhile, SJW entertainment often has trouble breaking even.

The "subversiveness" of these movies is that they may wind up reinforcing the morals and ethics that resonate with Deplorables. I see Disney as a net positive force in these culture wars, albeit unwittingly so.

Too bad I’m already on boycott of Disney thanks to their pushing the homosexual agenda in their films lately starting with the 2017 remake of Beauty and the Beast (and I don’t plan on ending it until at the very least Bob Iger leaves Disney), not to mention their forcing in various left-wing talking points, because I actually DID like the Incredibles for its solid Conservativism (probably my only true complaint was Rex’s voice actor implying that the scene with Bob Parr’s boss was meant to promote socialism), and most certainly would want to watch the sequel. Also helps that the first movie already set up the sequel.
