Sessions is recused and Rosenstein won’t prosecute anyone. That’s assuming the IG report will have any new revelations, which I doubt.

Session is NOT recused on this one. In fact, he hired a federal prosecutor end of 2017 to work with the IG on any criminal issues that may have been found.

Sessions put into place attorney John Huber months ago to work with IG Horowitz, and already has a grand jury operating. The OIG is putting its cards on the table now, things will move quickly.
