Yes it is. But in the first time he wrote “17” all by itself, why would he do that if it ONLY meant “Q”?

He would be saying “Q” “Q”..... and then he points to “17” again the same day in another post.
Maybe that was the whole point of the POTUS saying “17” in the way he did - as a shout out to Q possibly. That is pretty amazing in and of itself, IMHO, and should be well noted that he did that.
But I still believe there is more that Q is pointing to. I am satisfied that the pattern is there for the 17th of the month having possible OPs at least November thru April.
We shall see if the pattern changes. However for at least the ground breaking phase, that pattern is there.
