Yes, the big stuff might be taken out, but there is a good amount of other fraud methods that need to be dealt with.

Volunteer to work the elections. Be vigilant in those areas and take pics. The send the pics to Homeland ASAP with an descriptive subject line.
Recall how many states have Voter ID, now.
This is likely only a problem in urban areas with strong D presence in the precincts. However: similar fraud was stopped in 2016 by alert poll workers who took pics and blew the whistle immediately. Other fraud was uncovered during the recounts (too many votes) and suddenly, the recounts were ended by Ds.
This does not happen in small rural precincts. DHS is already working with 16 states (don’t know which ones)to increase vote security. Probably best to inquire from DHS and get a state official as a contact. Also, perhaps local GOP would a good place to inquire and volunteer.
I don’t think they have the strength to do election fraud as usual. I do not think security is lax since this is a big deal and DHS and State appear to be on the alert. Remember, they failed at the most sophisticated scams in 2016. How will they pull of the lesser, more obvious ones in today’s environment?
