C-PAP did wonders for a lady I used to work with, really did help her get a better night’s sleep.
I don't have many of the prominent symptoms of sleep apnea, but don't always sleep well... sometimes great! As I say, the report is Sanskrit to me, but the conclusion is 'moderate sleep apnea'; I'm too tired to argue. I am sort of hoping that when the hormone thing is resolved the sleep thing will normalize.
