Acid attacks are on the rise in London. This leaves UK authorities with two choices: 1. Arm the citizenry to deter future attacks. 2. Pass 100 convoluted and unworkable laws to restrict access to acidic products. There is a third:
3. Make it illegal to be a victim of an acid attack and prosecute anyone who disobeys.
Number three is the one they will choose.
