The “cranky neighbors” Moved in next to the already established domicile of the, uh, ‘Druid’.
The “cranky neighbors” wanted the established ‘Druid” to stop doing what is his religious practice, of sorts, because THEY wanted some ‘peace and quiet’.
Of course, this is a story from good ol’ jolly England, however, “the new neighbors” were wrong in coming onto the ‘Druid’s’ property and accosting him.

The ‘DRUID’ was performing a declared sacred rite in his backyard, therefore, the neighbors invaded his “church space”.
(Yes, it is true that a LOT of the various Pagan belief systems perform their rites in their own backyard, both in England and America.)

The original Druids burned captives alive in cages, just like islamic ISIS did a few years back.
Fat as body armor. Gee, I never thought of that. Probably reduces gun shot wounds as well. A bullet that travels through 10” of fat before it hits muscle and then an internal organ is going to have less velocity and energy than one that travels only through 4” of muscle and tissue.
The Army need to look into this. LOL
Yep, the neighbors were wrong. You can hate the Druidic witches for their cult but you can’t go on their property and interrupt their actions, let alone attempt to murder them. If they are engaged in illegal contact, you can call the police, but that is about it.
Its all fun and games until someone gets turned into a newt!
