I don’t know where you get the idea women (some, a few, many, a lot or all?) are not warriors. I am almost 80 and I have found the numbers of “warriors” to be about equal between men and women.

If her ‘compassion’ prevents her from accepting that reality, perhaps it’s time to find someone that can accept it.
Bingo! Western culture has cucked the male of the species, and now can’t or won’t defend itself. There are a host of other unintended consequences from the feminization of the culture that are crippling also. If we don’t reverse course, we’re done.

Any woman who wants to pursue a position with great responsibility had better get used to the idea of taking a lot of heat in closed-door meetings. It comes with the territory in ANY management job.
