“they drew on the power they had at home to influence their voting husbands, brothers, and fathers.”

That *is* the normal way that women exercise power. The hand that rocks the cradle rules the world.

Enjoyed reading and concur with your excellent analysis. A good leader builds a good team. President Trump's continued failure to do so is a defeat for the country and a victory for the enemy within.

We used to be a nation of doers. They are your #1s, the producers, who were lauded for their effectiveness. I am appalled that our federal government is now riddled with and promotes a culture of explainers and complainers, who do nothing but feed at the public trough. These are the promoters of bloated unconstitutional government and enemies of American excellence.

President Trump and the country need fighters like himself in high public office. It is that team which will drain the swamp and make government an effective servant of the people. But the President's time is limited. His clock is ticking. And with every second passed it becomes harder to build that team. That is part of the enemy within’s playbook, run out the clock.

President Trump is fighting using the weapons he has, not those he should have. But he is fighting and improving his weapons, his team. Best we can do is support him where we can and pray that is enough.

Absolutely. Women wanted Feminism to make them equal and all they got was screwed. Their own fault.

10-year moratorium on new applications for citizenship. Period.

Whoever they are, a stint at Levenworth would help out. Right after they snitch on their media sources and then assist in a sting to catch them all. So, all of them can go to prison for a while.

30yr moratorium, unless you can prove and demonstrate that you have a critical skill that the United States is in need of.

I agree, but the budget that he signed doesn’t secure the border. That is why people are still crossing it.

"The budget he signed..."???? And how hard are you working to effect a change on the people who actually DO the budget?

Thanks for your Comments, Bob.

Re: “Let’s not LIE about Trump here.”

That sounds a bit dramatic to my ear.

And speaking of “here,” immigration has been my number one issue at Free Republic since 2005, when I was one of the leaders of the FR insurrection that crushed the Bush-McCain Amnesty.

At any rate, the exact terms of Trump's ever shifting DACA Amnesty were not the central purpose of my post.

I was trying to make the point that any time a USA president mentions the word “Amnesty,” bad things start to happen.

And when a USA president appoints a Chief of Staff (John Kelly) and a Secretary of Homeland Security (Kirstjen Nielsen) who publicly support DACA Amnesty, really bad things start to happen.

I am a Tea Party supporter.

I didn't ask what you belonged to; I asked what you ARE DOING. Sending money to the Tea Party isn't enough.

Which conservative candidates' primaries are you ACTIVELY stumping for? Which rallys have you attended?

You don't indicate where you are from.

Which conservative candidate is running in your district? Are you knocking on doors for him/her? I mean, it's nice that you're supporting the "Tea Party" and all, but are you supporting your local conservative candidate?

Because otherwise, you're just a whiner In your original post saying "Trump signed the omnibus spending bill that doesn’t support building new parts of the wall and only spends a billion on border security."

As I said in my post, "our Constitution doesn't grant us a dictatorship Executive branch. Trump has to deal with the crap GOP Congressional leadership he was dealt with."

Work HARD, NOW, to give Trump a Congress in 2018 he can work with! Otherwise, stop whining!

Trump has never viewed Nielsen favorably, and complains to colleagues that she is “not tough enough,” according to a senior White House official. He reminds staff that she was a “George W. Bush person” because of her previous tenure as a White House Homeland Security adviser.

I don’t know the veracity of this source, but it’s interesting. Without having a deputy director at DHS, if Nielsen resigned, it could be a chance for a real blow to the Deep State.

Are you from Virginia?

Work with me to get Corey Stewart in the Senate!

Are you in Virginia's 8th Congressional District?

Work with me to get Thomas Oh in Congress!

If you're not from here, who are YOUR candidates?

You’re a Trump cheerleader. You probably defended George W. Bush’s big spending when he was President.

So, I must imply from your responses that you will NEVER lift a finger to support a conservative candidate in your district; that you are NOTHING but a pathetic whiner who sits on your butt and does NOTHING to Make America Great.

Sad.
