The 2017 Niger ambush that killed four U.S. soldiers was the result of “individual, organizational and institutional failures," according to a new report from the Pentagon.

The eight-page summary released by the Department of Defense on Thursday detailed the findings leading up to and during the ambush and made recommendations to improve guidance for the planning and approval of military operations. Those recommendations included a full review of equipment requirements and improving coordination with forces from U.S. allies.

During a press conference with reporters Thursday, Army Maj. Gen. Roger Cloutier, the lead investigating officer, praised the heroic actions of the four U.S. soldiers killed and said they demonstrated “numerous acts of extraordinary bravery.”

A military primarily interested in implementing left wing social experiments, extreme political correctness such as women in combat units and cross dressers in everything wonders why soldiers die in combat? Take it from this retired Army Officer, all the money in the world won't fix what is wrong with our military until someone steps up and says ENOUGH of the lunatic polices that have rotted our military to its core. Where is Trump on this? Where is Mad Dog (Lap Dog) Mattis on this? Where is the ban on cross dressers that Mattis countermanded last year and still has not been implemented? At least the "hollow military of the late 70s still had its moral compass in place.

Thanks but I rather not watch it. Having been a career Army officer, I don’t like watching vids of Americans who come to an unhappy ending.
