“threatening to take legal action if Polanski is not granted a hearing.”

Perfect. Grant him the hearing he wants. In California. The US Marshall Service can be waiting at the airport to give him a proper welcome.

Marianne Barnard, who says she was sexually abused by Polanski when she was just 10-years-old, told Sun Online she believed the Academy - which runs the Oscars - had been “complicit” in his crimes.

He can convert to Islam and act as though it’s perfectly normal to rape a 13 year old.

If he sued, I would think discovery would have to take place in California, which would mean returning to the US.

That said, his film “The Pianist” is magnificent and his film rendition of Oliver is also outstanding. Too bad the guy is such a schmuck.
