Would the world like to see Rosenstein and Mueller go to prison for violating, 18 USC 1001? I know I would.

Immediately send investigators to interview the two of them and have them describe, in detail, the Super Secret Verbal Instructions, and provide any notes, cue cards, or otherwise associated with the matter.

If the two accounts aren't exactly the same, 18USC1001.

This potentially could completely turn the tables on all of them, if there were people that gave a shit and had the cajones.

Mueller and Rosenstein, in all their arrogance and self importance, probably forgot about this little detail. And, at the end of the day, Mueller just lied to the court. Very easy to prove.

And, if I may, in court, especially federal court, if it ain't on paper or backed up with corroborating testimony/evidence, then it didn't happen. Perhaps, some with a little more legal experience/expertise can weigh in.

It’s hard to imagine this being strictly via verbal communications. Either a document exists or some e-mail communication...or the whole thing is designed along some fraud. If handed to the Supreme Court...even the liberal justices would have a laugh over a verbal order.

Can you imagine a 2020 Trump election video coming out, and laying out a ‘super-secret’ verbal instruction like this? It’d be a major disaster for the Democrats and make them look like third-world banana-republic types.

So secret that it is even more secret than Trump’s attorney privileges or a President’s directives...

Seriously, Mueller is out of control, a state within a state

Super-secret verbal instructions:

"Nullify the Constitutional and legal results of the 2016 election by nailing Donald Trump's slats to the wall."
-- Rod Rosenstein, Deputy Chief of the Regressive Elitist Deep State Ruling Class

Very interesting transcript from Judge Ellis.

2017:
Mueller appointed May 17.
Manafort raided July 26.
FISA extended July 28 (I think this is correct).
Manafort added to second Rosie memo (redacted) August 2.
Manafort indicted October 27.

2018:
Manafort/SC motion hearing in district court May 4.

The poisoned tree wasn’t brought up by the judge or Manafort’s lawyer. SC lawyers say they can do whatever they want because it is in the secret decoder ring. SC lawyers had to put out all that silly-said bolshoi because they don’t have jurisdiction. (Where are the vetting documents from US agencies for the FISA court? Nunes showed there aren’t any.) US of A is the plaintiff, Manafort the defendant.

That’s one pissed off federal judge.

There is a saying that the most powerful being, next to God, is a sitting U.S. district judge.

Simple as ABC........

<><> (A)send investigators to interview Rosenstein and Mueller,

<><> (B)have the two describe, in detail, the Super Secret Verbal Instructions, and provide any notes, cue cards, or otherwise associated with the matter.

<><> (C) If the two accounts aren't exactly the same......18USC1001 sends them to jail.

I like it.

Since it’s all a scam, shouldn’t Mueller give back the $10 mil he’s pocketed?

So Mueller’s investigation is based on some sort of double secret probation.

Manafort's lawyer delves into this starting on page 44 and continues on through page 47 of the court hearing. He served under Rosenstein for 5 years during his 15 year DOJ tenure.

§ 600.4 Jurisdiction.

(a)Original jurisdiction. The jurisdiction of a Special Counsel shall be established by the Attorney General. The Special Counsel will be provided with a specific factual statement of the matter to be investigated. The jurisdiction of a Special Counsel shall also include the authority to investigate and prosecute federal crimes committed in the course of, and with intent to interfere with, the Special Counsel’s investigation, such as perjury, obstruction of justice, destruction of evidence, and intimidation of witnesses; and to conduct appeals arising out of the matter being investigated and/or prosecuted.

(b)Additional jurisdiction. If in the course of his or her investigation the Special Counsel concludes that additional jurisdiction beyond that specified in his or her original jurisdiction is necessary in order to fully investigate and resolve the matters assigned, or to investigate new matters that come to light in the course of his or her investigation, he or she shall consult with the Attorney General, who will determine whether to include the additional matters within the Special Counsel’s jurisdiction or assign them elsewhere.

(c)Civil and administrative jurisdiction. If in the course of his or her investigation the Special Counsel determines that administrative remedies, civil sanctions or other governmental action outside the criminal justice system might be appropriate, he or she shall consult with the Attorney General with respect to the appropriate component to take any necessary action. A Special Counsel shall not have civil or administrative authority unless specifically granted such jurisdiction by the Attorney General.

I repeat:

The Special Counsel will be provided with a specific factual statement of the matter to be investigated.
