Apparently the red rope is a device that allows a skilled woman to perform an acrobatic sex act. Don’t know how it can “contain” anything - the woman just hangs from it (by her legs).
I figure the “rope” could have contained DNA or something. But evidence collected as part of Clinton Foundation +/- Marc Rich pardon?
