First, put your pictures in some sort of order, and write a preliminary script. At this point, consider dropping the weakest pictures.

Simple is good.

Short is good.

Save your very best for last, and leave your audience wanting more, not glad that it’s finally over.

Edit and re-edit till your show is tight and flows well, with no long pauses or delay.
