I can imagine Tester being defeated in November, and in December a judge in Hawaii will rule that Tester will get to stay PERMANENTLY in the Senate. After all, the reasoning will go, Trump said BEFORE the election that Tester should be thrown out.
The Ninth Circuit court of Appeals will agree, and SCOTUS will refuse to take the case.

While in Montana last fall, I was told of Tester being caught late at night in a Farmer’s barn with a sheep pinned in the corner. He claimed he was lost and trying to stay warm. However he couldn’t explain his pants down around his ankles.
