If she knowingly diverted FBI resources to investigate a bogus hacking claim, she should face legal consequences

Gee, and I thought Martha Stewart said that Lying to the FBI was a Felony and you ALWAYS go to JAIL for it. Was I mistaken??

Only conservatives have to follow the law. Hillary,Chelsea,Obama,Mueller,Comey and the rest have a Get Out of Jail Free card that is still in force.

WHY would the FBI be involved in this case under any scenario?

Did she commit a crime 12 years ago?

No.

Was there something in the Federal laws that were broken in any way?

No.

Did she hold the majority view at the time?

Yes.

At worst, she held the same views as Barack Obama.

So the FBI is investigating, WHAT, exactly?
