I have a lot of problems with vaccines but causing AIDS isn’t one of them. If the polio vaccine was responsible for the development of AIDS, then why do only gays have AIDS (or people whose dentist was gay or tainted blood transfusion, etc)?
This story floated around FR quite a few years back but back then it used to cause a rare form of lung cancer.
FWIW, there was a theory that went something like, in part due to the WHO report that showed smoking around children had a prophylactic effect against cancer, the implication that Marlboro was causing increases in cancer not associated with other cigs by concentrating nitrosamines in their unique flue drying process, and the increase in rare lung cancers caused by the polio vaccine, fedgov allied with Marlboro to protect themselves by launching todays niconazi campaingn by attacking all tobacco.
In theory, one or more parts of that if ever proved true would support the idea that DJT knews something about bad vaccines, government colluding to kill population, etc.

ANSWERS BELOW, after a little background.
AIDS was created (medical accident) by a massive trial in the Belgian Congo in 1957 of an experimental polio vaccine created by the American microbiologist Hilary Koprowski.
Koprowski got permission from the WHO (who actually recommended testing the drug in a third-world country), Belgium (colonial power) and tribal leaders to test over 1 million doses.
Unfortunately, he cultured a significant portion of his vaccine on chimpanzee kidneys (denied of course now, but proven by strong circumstantial evidence). The Simian Immunodefficiency Virus (SIV) was transmitted in the vaccine to humans, in some of whom it mutated to HIV.
HIV is proven by genetics to be derived from this chimpanzee SIV.
NOW, TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS:
1. AIDS must be transmitted to the bloodstream—not by ingestion or through the air.
2. The vector of transmission is blood or semen of an infected person ... or the virus itself in the case of a contaminated vaccine—if it can reach the bloodstream.
3. Gay people get AIDS due to the likelihood of an opening to the bloodstream occurring in gay sex and being exposed to semen. (I won’t get more explicit, but it’s what you think. Far less likely for women to be infected in normal sex, even if partner is infected.)
4. Newborns can also get AIDS from an infected mother during passage through the birth canal (not in milk).
5. Koprowski’s contaminated polio vaccine was squirted into the mouths of the African villagers—INCLUDING MANY THOUSANDS OF TEETHING INFANTS (i.e., with oral access to their bloodstream)
6. The AIDS epidemic first appeared about 20 years later, in central Africa, after the mutation and incubation period of the disease in some of those who received the vaccine.

My experience is that many of the big Pharmas that were doing vaccines dropped their programs (not very profitable, sales versus costs including litigation). It dwindled to just a few. It may have ramped up since then, but still vaccines are not a Pharma centerpiece. Also antibiotic development ebbed, but may be on the upswing.
Pharma chases profits.
