Not much in the face of change.
you know, older hotels/motels get caught up to make way for mega stuff but still a neat place.

Years back LDBTS was absorbed by BSO so the local cop was gone(let us slide on much)
To be 21 and walk bike to the Pier,Warf rest,Sand box was a great place to evolve.
