Don’t know if he’s out for a buck or what, but speaking from firsthand experiences, brain injuries can be a nightmare of unseen suffering.
You look fine after a while.
But you ain’t.

hurried with no guidance??....he wasn't alone....he was with a group....so there was guidance.
But that's not the point...IF in fact his injuries are legit...David should pick up the tab...plus pain and suffering.
To: Red Badger
David has made a big mistake, allowing this case to drag out for so long. This happened almost five years ago. If the damages are legitimate and directly linked to the event, the five year wait gives the impression that Copperfield was not too concerned with the accident. Juries like to punish corporations or entertainers who seem out of touch and without empathy for how they have affected average people.

The audience member was taken to hospital with a dislocated shoulder but claims he suffered chronic pain, headaches and confusion when he returned to the UK.
...
Mr Cox, who was diagnosed with a traumatic brain injury and needed two fusion surgeries on his neck and shoulder, claims he has paid out more than $400,000 (£282,000) in medical expenses. I thought the UK had free socialized medicine for everyone. Where did the medical expenses come from? Oh, maybe he opted for private hospital care instead of the government healthcare?

LOL!

“The court heard how the Lucky #13 vanishing act starts with the audience members in a cage.
A curtain is then drawn around it before assistants lead the volunteers through passageways, out of the venue, back indoors, through an MGM Resort kitchen, and then into the rear of the theatre. They then make a dramatic reappearance during the finale.”
WHAT? You mean it’s FAKE?

He wasn’t in England, it happened at the MGM in Las Vegas.

How many people through the years have participated in lucky 13? How were their secrecy guaranteed?

But can Copperfield make Jerry's jacket disappear like the Flying Sandos Brothers?
To: Captain Peter Blood
The audience member was taken to hospital with a dislocated shoulder but claims he suffered chronic pain, headaches and confusion when he returned to the UK. The article isn't absolutely clear, but I don't think that he had two fusions in the U.S. prior to returning to the UK.
