DURHAM, N.C. (WTVD) -- The woman accused of slashing a man's neck during a dispute on a GoDurham Bus last month has been arrested.
Police arrested 21-year-old Naisha Moena Bowser on Wednesday.
She was taken into custody near Raynor Street and North Miami Boulevard.
Police said the incident happened about 5:30 p.m. March 15 when Bowser became angry and threw a soda bottle through a windshield, according to witnesses.
Witnesses said she started to argue with the bus driver and a male passenger attempted to intervene.
That's when she slashed the male passenger's neck with a box cutter, according to the witnesses, and then got off the bus.

Nope. Got it in one.
Savages.
Like others have stated, “Didn’t need to see the pictures”.
There are definitely wires disconnected when certain ethnic individuals lose all self control. We have all read and seen photos of such reactions numerous times. No doubt within other ethnic groups loss of self control exists. Why does it seem more frequent with Blacks than in others?
Guilty, “attempted murder” charge.
I think the Obama years entitled all minorities to do whatever they want, with no consequences. Crime has exploded in many big and small cities over the last 10 years. And all I can think of is if they bring a knife, we bring a gun-Obama
You just knew without looking...

Another reminder why I left Durham in 1966.
I've got to leave old Durham town.
