I would think sudden exposure to 600 mph winds outside of the plane would have that result, even if being sucked out of a plane window didn’t.
Apparently she was sucked out head first and plugged the hole. She wouldn’t have lasted three minutes out in the low pressure - it sucks all the air out of your lungs.
