The cooking news I have is that I was able to cook and shred a seven-pound Spanish pork roast in an hour thanks to my new instant pot. Flavor was incredible too.

A lot of people will be disappointed to learn its not, like pot powder that you just add water to.
My grandma’s PT last week was raving about his ‘instapot’. Guess I better examine this. I showed him a beautiful rack of beef ribs and that’s how it came up.
Love my Instant Pot. Between that and my Air Fryer, my stove is feeling very neglected these days....LOL
Wow, that sounds great. Always tempted by those pots but right now I am eyeing the pellet grills...
