Mangoes are in full force here. I am dehydrating two dehydrators of them a day. I’m giving them away and letting neighbor kids have them if they want some. Each tree will produce about 600 pounds and we have four trees. So, we’ll literally have a more than a ton before this crops all falls.
Wow. That’s a lot of fruit. I really hope we get some sort of fruit this year. I plan to can, freeze, and dehydrate if we do.
