I assume from this that this is your personal computer and not a work computer.

Unless you are taking this computer on the road where it is at risk of being dropped, kicked or other wise suffer physical abuse I would eliminate the Toughbook from your list of choices.

With the Toughbook you are paying extra for the hardened design and you lose speed and memory capacity because the internals were cheapened.

Why would you want a bulky laptop? Why not get an iPad? I carry mine all over. I’d feel burdened by a laptop. Three times a year I come upon some obscure necessity for which I need a computer and I do without. Like making a photo book from some specific company, or clicking some links to sign some primitive school program. Everything else I ever do is on this IPad Pro. It’s gorgeous, convenient, and doesn’t get hot or bulky. You don’t seem to do any gaming so why would you want the laptop?
