One of my kids is about to become an aerospace engineer. Some students at his school are working on a junk collector for myriad small debris. They are sending up a cube sat prototype sometime this year.

hundreds of kilometers. We're all Americans here. It's really okay to use standard English measurements. In fact, most of us prefer it that way.
