Not even. If Olson had said, "Somebody on the plane told me that Clinton told Lynch that he had Vince Foster killed," that's hearsay. This is just Olson's speculation and that's worth as much as anybody else's wild guess.
I'm thinking 1) Lynch didn't want to indict Hillary Clinton and wasn't going to, and 2) even if she were, Bill Clinton would be an idiot to openly admit that he had ordered people killed.
Business in Washington usually involves incentives, making it in somebody's interest to do something. When threats come into the picture, it's better if something is left to the imagination, rather than spelling out just what's involved.
In government, where somebody is always being wiretapped by somebody, do you really want to say such things out loud?
