They sure are. Sounds like Trump’s negotiating is working.
He’s saying the right things thus far.
Just remember, Trump said there are two big things...
First off, China needs to buy more from America. $100,000,000,000. Specifically. That means they need to buy approximately 20% more from America, based on how much they currently sell to America. That is what Trump specified. It is a reasonable amount.
Secondly, China needs to greatly improve the amount of intellectual IP protection there.
Thus far, Xi is saying the right things.
“This year we will significantly reduce import tariffs”. (or there abouts)
I think he is SAYING, exactly what Donald Trump was saying.
Whether he means it, he sure seems to be saying the right things thus far.
