We can see what he is doing because he doesn't hide it.

Some folks have a gift of discernment for evil.

I have it.

I am certainly not error free...but Dersh does not seem to be evil so far.

From my standpoint if I'm a lawyer,even a broke one,am I going to consult with someone who I'm pretty sure sliced up his white wife and her friend with a knife. Do I want to be remember as getting that guy off?

Also do I want to fly on the same plane and represent someone who is one of the biggest well know pedophiles anywhere to be found and has his own island dedicated to pedophilia? Once again even if I'm broke I don't want to represent this kind of guy!

And then there is his relationship with Bill and Hillary he has to know what arch criminals they are,why would he hang with them?

Knowing how good these kind of guys are in court and at legalese what do we have to judge or make an educated guess about his motivation other than his actions? Many of them are good enough to say anything with a straight face and not mean any of it at all.
