A federal court in Puerto Rico has ruled that transgender people in the U.S. territory should be allowed to change the gender on their birth certificate if they wish.
Lambda Legal said Wednesday that a judge this week found a previous ban on making such a change was unconstitutional.
The New York-based civil rights organization had filed a lawsuit against Puerto Rico’s government a year ago seeking to eliminate the ban in the first federal lawsuit of its kind. …

A court rules to put LIE on birth certificates. Whatever one may thing of “gender transition” b.s. (yes, I think it is ridiculous), the biological sex of an infant at birth is a FACT which cannot be changed by later fictions.
No document with sex indicated will be reliable. It's like taking your DL photo wearing a mask.

How do I claim the “rights” of a “Transgender”, “Homosexual” or any other BS protected class? How does one prove this? Liberals are insane. I actually feel very sorry for those of the original Civil Rights Movement who were denied rights due to skin color and whose movement was all for nothing.

You mean besides driving licenses and social security cards, when in the country illegally?
What’s more egregious is claiming that the court “grants rights”; can’t get more left-wing than that, presuming government “grants rights” and takes them away versus the concept of natural rights.
