Q is telling us that the ones that Mueller went after already were setups intended to make The Donald look dirty with their overseas dealings. All those touched by Mueller should also show overseas dealings.

I'm sure this has been a common practice for years in top level politics. Hell, even low level politics. Plant a spy or a guy you know has dirt on him into your opponents campaign or administration. Exploit as necessary.
