Lutheran and Anglican are very close to Catholic (since both used to be Catholic). Advent = purple, Christmas = white; Epiphany (or Ordinary time) = green; Lent = purple; Easter = white ; all other seasons = green.

Don’t forget the ELCA (which are NOT E, NOT L, and NOT C). They use “rainbow” quite often.
