Mexifornia right? Keep ‘em safe by issuing heavy fines for failure to buckle up, but not a penny spent for guard rails or other barriers. Makes perfect sense.
OK, from that picture, it appears that the highway department may be at fault. If you are following the guardrail, it is going to aim you toward the edge of the cliff before it abruptly ends.
