This is classic FAKE NEWS. She was jailed for tax law violations. She was released early for “good behavior”. She violated the terms of her release, so she was sent back to complete her sentence. The rest is fake media spin.
Not true. First off, her original sentence was five years, of which she served just over three in prison. So there's no 5 years left on her original sentence. Second, the original conviction was federal, while this conviction is on state charges in a state court and she's going to state prison.
