SAN FRANCISCO — Accident-reconstruction investigators are trying to figure out what caused an SUV carrying a family of eight to plunge off a 100-foot cliff in a deadly wreck that happened shortly after child-welfare authorities went to their home to investigate possible abuse. Five members of the Hart family — a free-spirited brood from Washington state who grew their own food and took up activist causes — were found dead, and the search continued Friday for three more children believed to have been in the vehicle when it went over the edge and landed on the watery rocks below the Pacific Coast Highway. The missing children may have been washed out to sea.

Gee - I wonder if someone drove the van off the cliff on purpose? Suppose?
Of course, someone did so stop the nonsense already. It’s going to be an open case forever - are they kidding? Not an accident - it’s suicide and homicide and who cares if they drove all the way from the state of Washington to do it? They can’t get inside the minds of anyone that warped so stop wasting the money and resources trying to figure it out. STUPID!
And the Catholic Church which has run some of the most successful child adoption agencies has had to drop out of the child adoption work in several states because those states required the Catholic adoption agencies to allow homosexuals and lesbians to adopt the orphans. The Catholic agencies have refused on the basis of religious beliefs, and as a result have been forced to close their doors.
Was it an SUV or a pickup truck? If the latter, there’s no way the three missing kids sat in the bed for 600 miles unnoticed. It’s illegal besides and I haven’t seen any photos that the roof opened up to allow those 3 kids to be “swept away” after the crash.

On a couple of earlier threads, we believed it was a truck and debated how 8 passengers could have fit in the cab.
Clearly, it’s an SUV - which makes more sense for transporting all those children around (if they did).
Another question is “Did those two women have parents, brothers & sisters and where are they?”
