BTW, I think the usage of Gregorian day.month.year format (with dots) is common in the UK and Gregorian month.day.year is the common U.S. usage (I stress, "I think").

That would mean Q intended the date to be communicated as Feb. 12th, 2009 (I think;-).

That’s another reason why I think Dr. Gorka is part of the Q team...he probably instinctively uses euro formats for dates, etc.
