Corps Castle is the logo of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). The logo is typically a white castle with three towers set on a red background. When the Corps Castle is worn as insignia on a uniform, it is similar to the logo design but with a dull or shiny brass finish.

Poster on 8chan found a post somewhere else that said this was an omnibus bill Trump signed not a budget. Per the Constitution a President must adhere to a Federal Budget but an Omnibus bill the President can play with more. Say slow walk money to Planned Parenthood until he gets his way on something.

Obama spent the money how he wanted in Omnibus bills supposedly and Congress could do nothing about it, this poster says. This person thinks Trump learned this from Obama. Trump supposedly doesn't have to spend a dime if he does not want to.

Need better experts than me to know if this one is true or not.
