The second observation is that the 2017 data point (an average of 2016 and 2017 anomalies) is slightly lower than the 2016 point (an average of 2015 and 2016). This implies that temperatures have fallen substantially during some months in 2017 below those of 2016, as if some sort of cycle may be taking place.

It’s all caused by global warming. Global warming will cause global cooling. Just ask Bill Nye the Science Guy. I’m sure he can convince you.

Global cooling is the one thing climate scientist all agree is inevitable.

But wait!
When the sun becomes a red giant, we will experience global warming of epic proportions (as in the sun’s diameter will grow larger than the diameter of the earth’s orbit).
We can obviously stop this by ridding ourselves of the evil combustion engine, thereby saving not only the sun, but the earth.
Ah, I just love liberal logic.

Four galactic years from now, carbon dioxide levels will fall to the point at which C4 photosynthesis is no longer possible.
Solution: Ensure those carbon dioxide levels stay high eneough to support future life. It's for the children!

The dirty little secret none of the global warming scammers will admit is just how much the data is manipulated and adjusted before and even during analysis and "research."
They adjust older data due to problems with both precision and accuracy with 19th century equipment and methods. They adjust newer readings due to changes in land use and population growth around the monitoring stations. They adjust data between surface readings, airborne readings, and space sensors.
I'm sure I've forgotten several others. But you get the idea. Now here's the thing they don't share... All those adjustments to the data are larger than the trends their models predict. That's right, they try to whip us into a panic to "do something" because of a projected 0.6 rise over the next hundred years. But they've adjusted data up and down several degrees.

If its revised then its biased and faulty thus should be excluded from analytical observation

That data is bad!
It has to go through NOAA’s transmogrifier before it can be used in their magic computer models.

Hopefully this wont last too long. I wonder how effective geothermal heating is over the space of decades during extremely cold temperatures?
