The Louisiana Supreme Court has re-affirmed its ruling that a man convicted in a triple murder at the Kim Anh restaurant in New Orleans East in 1995 should not get a new trial, affirming his conviction and life sentence.
Rogers LaCaze and former NOPD officer Antoinette Frank were convicted of three counts of first-degree murder for killing NOPD Officer Ronnie Williams and siblings Ha and Cuong Vu during an armed robbery at the restaurant.

More to that story...Doctors said she was a nutcase and told the police not to hire her.....BUUUUUT,she was a two-fer...Black and female...She had already murdered her father before she joined the police....
DIVERSITY...AIN’T IT GREAT....3 innocent people dead so the police force could have a two-fer....
Unless something’s changed recently, she isn’t the only New Orleans cop on death row.
Guess what they have in common.
That area must be really crappy, for the restaurant to hire a cop to do security.
This was such a horrible story even I know about it - and I was living in NYC at the time.
What an awful betrayal of trust. All these people thought she was their friend.
Yes and cops make good money doing these details. They even wear their uniforms while doing them.
Unfortunately it’s all true.
