Given the corruption and passivity at the top and no doubt middle levels, it could take a while to build the numerous criminal cases and HR the rest out. At the same time, capable replacements need to be identified for timely insertion. At least in the ideal world I like to imagine.
Meanwhile, I think its fairly certain Trump et al are getting reliable inside information.

I was just talking to a guy who said he’s leaving for Virginia to start his career as a foreign service office with State, in order to do his part to undermine President Trump.
