I much prefer that Trump has put the onus on China to reduce its trade surplus with the US by 100 billion although I wish he started at 200 billion reduction rather than picking and choosing which products to tariff such as steel and aluminum.
This will force China’s hand to increase US exports to China or have everything that says Made in China tariffed at 25% which will do the job for China in reducing their surplus.
I completely agree.
I think he should have started at 500 billion (but that is just me)
