There’s a lot of groupthink on twitter and appeal to ‘likes & retweets’ as validation for what the truth is...which is why this ‘trust sessions’ bs is still going on. I’ve noticed coulter, woods etc buying into it. Sad.

Coulter is something of a loose canon. She’s as amazingly wrong ~as often as she’s amazingly right.
But Woods??? Seriously? I’m shocked and dismayed. I wouldn’t have thought it of him.
Look at the link. Session’s interview does not say he’s prosecuting anyone in secret. No secret court is being used by him. He just has a lawyer, experienced at the DOJ, looking at some stuff. Probably trying to determine whether a special prosecutor is justified for FISA warrants and other concerns of Congress.
The DOJ and FBI are investigating the Clinton Foundation. The press has not covered it but Sessions said it.
Any story with “bombshell” in the headline isn’t.
I think he follows wictor and some other "trust sessions" types. We're all desperate for the rule of law to be restored...For Something to be done about the illegal alien invasion and our corrupt stasi state. That's why Sessions and his pals Rosenstein & Mueller have to go.
Well that’s a big disappointment. Woods seems so sharp and insightful. I had thought the same of Lifson, but he too is drinking the kool-aid.

Good point. There may also be an element of wishful thinking involved. The idea that Sessions, Rosenstein and Mueller are colluding to undermine if not outright destroy the Trump presidency is unsettling. The possibility that there is a secret sting underway that will ultimately target the worst Deep Staters is far more reassuring.
That’s a good perspective. Woods is one of those people, like Trump, with the knack of packing a wallop into a tweet. Combine that with his name recognition and life experiences, and he is a force to be reckoned with.
It's like when a person tries to end a relationship, and their mate can't take an I-don't-love-you-anymore for an answer. No matter what the person says or does, the mate pathetically hangs on.
Similarly Sessions, long ago on Deep State matters, has left the building. He served notice in no uncertain terms, before Congress and under oath, that he is recusing.
There are folks who won't take Jeff at his words, no matter what Sessions fails to do.
That is a succinct and insightful summary. Trump actually said, in so many words, that if Sessions had had been honest about his recusal plans, Trump would not have chosen him for AG.
