I have to agree that it refers to Internet Bill of Rights.
(but who writes it?)

As the concern of late is the suppressing and censoring pro-American speech on social media, i have to lay my chips down on it.

It’s been established that IBOR is Internet Bill of Rights, but when I did a search of IBOR I found this:

On the above link you go to a Broadridge page that is talking about a webinar on Investment Book Of Record (IBOR), now here is the twilight zone area, the webinar is hosted by a company called ‘Waters Technology’.

Is this just all coincidental or what?
