You have a slovenly, careless, illogical mind.
To say person X may have missed some clue(s) to danger does not mean that someone else’s action(s) are then entirely the fault of person X. THAT would be an idiotic position (you).
But to say someone may have missed any clue(s) to danger certainly does imply that they might have been more cautious. Being less cautious (personal choice about risk-aversion) than someone else does not mean that “all” bad results are therefore the “fault” of that person.
