Clintons was impeached well after his re-election. He was not re-elected after impeachment. Re-election was in Nov 1996, and impeachment and senate trial happened Dec 1998-Feb 1999.

You are correct, of course. I got emotional and misspoke in my haste to post my reply. I often think about the “republican revolution” and the military disaster in Somalia that the preceded his reelection. There was so much, I can’t believe he and BO were elected twice.
Nonetheless, he was not removed from office after his impeachment, which was my point.
