Sorry, but in this State of blue hairs, I’ve seem WAY too many SS whom shouldn’t even be on the road, let alone behind the wheel. Under the min. safe speeds, weaving, can’t see over the dash, HUGE car weaving and deteriorated sight/reflexes...
The idea of ‘perpetual license’, IMO, is just asinine. Insurance should go UP as one ages like the new drivers.
