The “code” is +1, +1, -1

so “1” plus 1 is 2 (Feb)
and “0” plus 1 is 1 (first part of 18)
Then “9” minus 1 is 8 (second part of 18)

It would seem in the context of a BRIDGE -

One thing relating to another ...

The dates "12/7 – 12/17" are 10 days ...
This seems to suggests the 10 days before that post are bridged to Dec 18 2017 20:27:52 and bridged to the 10 days after. The context is the MAP so the relationship would be from the set of posts in the 10 days before to the 10 days after. That would be an interesting set to contrast and compare. The ref to "Q/POTUS-4[10]" suggests that relationship is to the right side of the BRIDGE. Thx + TBD ;)

Just FINALLY looking at this timeline thing... Probably been discussed before already, Been going a few days now, But from what you say, just right off the bat, Feb 28 would be 11/9 and you see this post from 11/9
