Just took a multi, a C and a D3. OJ and a combo herb tea I use a lot for aches, muscle relaxation and congestion.
Been working hard for months w/o a real break and stressed in various real life ways. Cancelled out the day and just killing time until I can go back to sleep. I hate lying there, tossing & turning.

The gold bullion alone would weigh over 10,000 pounds. Include the "dozens of crates" and that's a massive haul. How did the Delta team extract that volume and weight if they only went in on a "pair of helicopters?"

This whole thing really pisses me off I covered this Thailand story in-depth a few days after it happened and caught all kinds of hell for covering a story with a single source “at the time.”
Truth is it looked too good and it was passed off at the time as disinformation but it always stuck in the back of my mind. Now its real.Hard to imagine.
