I don't know if Q is real or not, but I do know that this country is at war (Deep State vs the Patriots).
Putting the CIA under the NSA would be glorious.

If it is real, we will know tomorrow or the next day.
That said, it would make perfect sense.
This rumor aligns with the Q drops which imply that Trump was ask to run by the military.
Of course, I don't know if it is true...but it makes sense.
Mike Roger is still director of the NSA until he retires.

I don’t see anything about it. Could well be some #FakeNews. Or is it a true leak of coming attractions? We will have to wait and see. It would require an act of Congress, though, so it couldn’t be more than a proposal at this stage.

Post-911 both the CIA and NSA report to the Director of National Intelligence. This is by congressional statute. I’m pretty certain it requires another act of Congress to make such fundamental changes.
