This TVgone remote actually worked. I tried years ago before the iphone was out. Just sit down in front and point and shut off and watch heads explode.

Several years ago my dad was in the hospital. I would come and visit every day. I spent a lot of time in the waiting room while he was undergoing treatment, sleeping, etc.
They had a boob-toob in the room and it was invariably turned to the commie news network. I asked for a different channel but staff declined. So I went to a Best Buy and bought a universal remote and then changed the channel myself. Eventually someone would notice and change it back. I would wait until there was no one in the room and flip the channel.
If they ever figured out who was the culprit they never confronted me!
